We work with companies of all sizes, from all industries, and handle the responsibilities to meet each client’s individual business requirements and needs. A hypothetical example of a client’s requirements might be the following: A custom-designed carton with printing with individually-sized EPS foam panels assembled into the carton – with a temperature-sensitive piece of equipment bagged and inserted into the carton – carton taped closed and shrink-wrapped to skids to be loaded onto a truck at our warehouse for blind shipment in our client’s name to a designated customer location. Not only are we able to design and manufacture the package, we can assemble, pack, warehouse, and ship to a location of your choice. It is convenience all under one roof.
Assembly & Kit Fulfillment Features
Kit Assembly
The components of a custom kit package are often produced by various suppliers and therefore require kit assembly. We can assemble all necessary components into a kit and then provide those kits for mass distribution. We can supply both on-demand kit assemblies and pre-assembled in-house stock items. Pre-assembled kits would be inventoried and warehoused under a blanket order awaiting order releases.
Warehousing and Inventory Management
Product, regardless of size, shape, and weight, can be maintained as inventory at our warehouse facility that is adjacent to our Administrative offices. DVG’s 36,000 square foot facility offers the racking and floor space required to assemble, pack, and warehouse product. Physical inventories are performed on a monthly basis to maintain control of product counts.

We have a well-trained, fully-staffed warehouse and certified Shipping Department that assembles all orders and ships them with pinpoint precision and professionalism.

Custom Design Your Fulfillment Package
DVG is totally integrated. We have the design engineering experience, material knowledge, state-of-the-art equipment, and experienced staff to cost-effectively handle your most demanding custom projects. Our in-house capabilities include: Custom Design and engineering drawings to help plan your projects; hands-on technical support and help with material selection; the ability to manufacture your custom package; and assembly/fulfillment services to complete the package. These services are also available individually.

Production & Warehousing Capabilities
Centrally located in Exton, Pennsylvania, we offer the convenience of experienced customer service representatives, design, fabrication, assembly, and warehousing capabilities all under one roof. Our 36,000 square foot facility contains a 3,000 square foot White Room for specific clean room applications. State-of-the-art computerized equipment is programmed to operate efficiently within a specified set of guidelines, and qualified personnel are on duty at all times for monitoring. The abundant warehouse space allows the ability to assemble and package prior to shipment, as well as accommodating just-in-time shipments and deliveries of custom products.
