Thermoformed Tray Designs

We have the ability to form plastic trays or clamshells to specific sizes, shapes and configurations. Thermoformed trays are ideal for holding specimens during transport of vials or for assembling medical kits.

Thermoforming is so versatile that its usage literally covers every market and budget. It is adaptable to hold or display any product in the consumer, pharmaceutical/medical, and industrial markets. The process is the forming of plastic sheets to specific sizes, shapes and configurations. This is accomplished by subjecting the plastic sheet to a heat, pressure, and/or vacuum process.

At DVG Packaging, we work towards giving our customers a sense of confidence in knowing that they can turn to us for the highest quality in custom thermoformed packaging. Offering versatile packaging equipment and systems that deliver what they promise...and meeting the highest expectations is part of our commitment. From your initial contact to after-the-sale follow-up, our people are committed to providing you with prompt cost-effective solutions to your specific needs, on-time delivery, and everything in-between.

Our 36,000 square foot facility in Exton, Pennsylvania, offers on-site engineering, manufacturing, and warehousing capabilities. Centrally located, we are convenient to some of the major industry suppliers of plastic resins for thermoforming.
